Admission Procedure

The Application Form attached with the information Brochure-Cum-Prospectus may be collected personally form the office or downloaded from www.sipto.org. The Application Form shall accompany the A/C Payee Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 500/- during submission of the Application. Please ensure that the Demand Draft bears Code Number of issuing Bank. The candidate must write his / her name clearly on the back of the Demand Draft.The dully filled in Application Form along with the documents to be enclosed should reach the Office of the Principal, Susrijo Institute of Paramedical Technology and Optometry, Krishnagar IT Park, Mouza- Jahangirpur, Vill.- Deypara, P.O.- Jahangirpur (Krishnagar), P.S.- Kotwali, Dist.- Nadia, Pin-741103, West Bengal, by Registered Post / Speed Post / in person by the scheduled date and time positively.
